There, her core objective was contract negotiations and execution with over 200 technology manufacturers and industry partners, including distribution contracts, IP-related documents, SaaS agreements, product manufacturing contracts, vendor contracts, non-stocking agreements, professional service agreements, NDAs, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, and other legal documents. She was often involved with designing and implementing business initiatives, such as new product development and marketing programs. In addition, she engaged with external counsel to litigate disputes, facilitate discovery procedures, and negotiate favorable settlements.
